Citizens’ association NOEMA was founded in 1998. The aim of our association is helping people in releasing their rights. Citizens’ Association Noema Becej was registered as a non-political, nongovernmental and non-profit organization which goal is to improve social status of family, children, delinquents youth, refugees, physically and mentally disabled people and the poor. To alleviate suffering of people, inducing personal development, goodwill and solidarity among people. The Organization is obligated to respect equal possibilities of everyone and agrees that everyone is entitled to all rights and freedoms without distinction of any kind, such race, sex, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin.
Mission is increasing the quality of life for all, especially vulnerable categories like children and women from domicile, refugee and dislocated population. We implement our mission trough workshops, public educations, courses, counselling etc.
Our Organization has 39 members, 12 of them are volunteers.
